Maureen Rhoads has been part of the Circle community since 2010. In 2023, with the graduation of her eldest two children, she joined the Circle team as their new Human Resources Administrator. Maureen graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, focused on Human Resource Management. Prior to homeschooling her 4 children, she worked at Brown and Brown Insurance in Daytona Beach as a Senior Human Resources Specialist. With a renewed enthusiasm for her profession, Maureen is thrilled to apply her skills and her love for the Circle model of education to support the school’s staff. She has a genuine passion for building strong employee relationships, while supporting the organization’s unique compliance requirements. She is excited to be a part of Circle’s mission of encouraging learning, strengthening the family, and inspiring Christ-followers for God’s glory.
