• The school expects exemplary behavior from its students. Applicants must have commendable behavioral records to be considered for admission.
• Families must have access to a computer and be comfortable with technology.

Here are some questions that you should consider when evaluating if Circle is right for you.

1. Are you and your family in agreement with Circle Christian School’s Faith statement?
2. Do you and your family attend a church and are you actively involved?
3. For Upper School, please understand that this is an accelerated program of honors courses. Will your student be comfortable with our fast-paced courses?
4. Do you understand the Parent Partnership responsibilities and are you able to commit to these responsibilities for the duration of the school year?
5. Will one parent be available to be the Primary Overseer of the student?
6. Will your student enjoy self-directed studies at home instead of being in a daily classroom environment?
7. Is one parent at home and available to assist the student when needed?

Parent Partnership at Circle Christian School requires a significant commitment as compared to the average commitment of other private or public schools. This commitment must be maintained daily for your student’s success in our education model.

At Circle Christian School, a parent must be involved in the record-keeping, education, and monitoring of the entire academic progress of their student. For example, Florida is a mandatory attendance state that requires parents to be accountable for proof of 180 days of school attendance. Additionally, one parent must declare they will assume the responsibility of Academic Overseer, promising to be home and available to their student when the student is home completing coursework.

The Academic Overseer Parent must manage the day-to-day oversight of classes whether on campus or at home. For students in classes, the parent must check the Weekly Assignment Sheet (WAS) for any 4th - 12th grade student daily to verify all work the student is responsible for is completed. Ultimately, this means if your
student needs assistance the Academic Overseer, is responsible.

Here is an outline of the steps to apply and enroll at Circle Christian School. An admissions specialist will help you throughout the process and will be there to answer any questions.

1. Inquiry Form - Click here - Your admissions specialist will contact you via email to set up a phone call.
2. Discovery Phone Call - An opportunity for you to learn more about Circle’s model and for our Admissions specialist to learn more about your family.
3. Campus Tour - Your Admissions specialist will schedule a campus tour, where any follow-up questions will be addressed.
4. Records Review/Family Interview - A family interview will occur before submitting an application. Upper School students will also need to submit their transcripts or samples of their work.
5. Application - If you decide that Circle’s model is best for your child’s learning style, apply online, including appropriate documentation and the application fee. Your admissions specialist will send you the application link.
6. Enrollment - Once an offer of enrollment has been made, you will receive an email with further instructions and a link to fill out the online Enrollment Packet. This will also include instructions on how to set up a FACTS account.
7. Register for Classes - You will receive an email to inform you when to register for classes. New Family class registrations begin in early March.
