Coach McKay, a native of Alabama with deep family ties to Florida, brings extensive playing and coaching experience. A standout high school athlete, he earned all-conference honors and played a key role in securing a state championship. He continued his career at Stillman College and nationally ranked Faulkner University, where he earned a B.A. in Sports Psychology (2022) and an M.A. in Business Management (2023).

Committed to youth development and grounded in Christian values, Coach McKay has served as a volunteer assistant at Walton High School, assistant coach at Freeport High School, and spent the past three years coaching with the Panhandle Canes organization.
