Culinary Arts 2

This creative hands-on class builds on knowledge from Culinary 1. It will focus on cooking trends such as farm to table cuisine, (locally sourced produce), artful plating, chemical-free cooking, extreme cakes, neurogastronomy, vegan cooking, paleo meals, gluten free menus, and healthy meals. Each student will create his or her own cookbook by the end of the year.
