Marine Science Honors offers a vibrant exploration of marine wildlife and their habitats with a focus on ecology, environmental stewardship, and sustainability from a Biblical perspective. The class is instructed with emphasis on hands-on activities, demonstrations, and possible field trip exploration.  This course provides blended learning with engaging classroom activities and guided experience through our e-Learning Campus, including interactive virtual experiences designed to accentuate student experience and further student agility with Marine Science concepts.  The class laboratory investigations (which include the use of scientific inquiry, research, measurement, problem solving, laboratory apparatus and technologies, experimental procedures, and safety procedures) are an integral part of this course, as well as the investigation of live flora and fauna and the dissection of several marine organisms.  This is an ideal course for juniors or seniors who would like to pursue marine biology or any field of life science. Weekly use of Circle’s eLearning Campus (online classroom component) will be required.
